The Product Growth System · 5 founding slots

Co-build your Product Growth System

In three weeks we architect your agentic growth flywheel and build your first agents together, on your stack. At the center sits Koko, your AI assistant: she runs the loop, briefs you, and queues every send for your approval. Then we grow the system in biweekly co-build sessions.

The gap

The signal arrives on Tuesday. The campaign ships six weeks later.

A user hits a milestone. A lead goes quiet. A feature takes off in one segment. The product sees all of it, and nothing acts on it. By the time the campaign ships, the moment is gone. I lived this inside big companies, and I see it in every team I train: the tools are there, the system is not.

It is not about the tooling. It is about the architecture, the workflow, and the design.
What we co-build

One flywheel: five agents, governed by you

The same system I run in my own business every day. We start with the one or two agents that move your number fastest, then grow the flywheel cycle by cycle.

  1. 01

    Research and lead agent

Surfaces demand and scores the signals worth acting on.

  2. 02

    Content agent

Turns raw material into drafts across every channel.

  3. 03

    Outbound agent

Writes the first touch the moment a buying signal appears.

  4. 04

    CRM agent

Enriches, scores, and watches every deal in the pipeline.

  5. 05

    Governance

A human stays accountable for every decision and every send.

We do not build all five at once. Week 1 is strategy and architecture. Then we build where the pain is sharpest.

Meet Koko

You do not manage five agents. You talk to Koko.

Koko is the assistant at the center of your system. She collects what the agents produce, sends you the brief, and queues every send for your yes or no. She is named after my cockatiel, who learned to speak by listening to my voice. That is what Koko does: she learns yours.

The agents do the work. Koko keeps you in charge of it.

Proof, not promises

Watch my system run before you buy yours

This exact system runs AI Strategy League today: research, lead, content, outbound, and CRM, with me as the governor on every send. On our strategy call I show it running live. A signal comes in, the agents draft, I approve, the work ships. If the system I use every day does not convince you, do not buy it.

Before this I drove growth and marketing at Microsoft, Canon, and Pfizer, influencing more than $2B in revenue, and I have trained over 2,000 professionals in AI-first product growth, with learners from Google, Microsoft, and Meta.

How it works

Three weeks to live agents, then we grow it monthly

Week 1

Strategy and architecture

Positioning, your signal map, and the blueprint of your flywheel. Before anything gets built, you know exactly what gets built and why.

Weeks 2 and 3

Your first agents, live

We build your first one or two agents together, on your stack, no code. Every agent ships with a governance gate, so nothing goes out without your approval.

Then biweekly

The co-build continues

Every two weeks we run the MAPE loop together: monitor the analytics, analyse performance, plan the next move, and execute. The flywheel compounds, and you learn to run it yourself.

The biweekly rhythm

Every session runs one loop: Monitor, Analyse, Plan, Execute

The subscription is not a check-in call. Every two weeks we run the MAPE loop on your system, the same loop I run on mine. Each cycle feeds the next, so the system gets smarter as your market moves.

Monitor

Analytics and reporting on every agent and every send. The signals land before the session starts.

Analyse

Performance review: what worked, what stalled, and which pattern matters this cycle.

Plan

Strategy review and the next move: the hypothesis, the next agent, or the next campaign. You decide.

Execute

Build, test, launch, refine. We ship the improvement in the session, not after it.

26 loops a year instead of a quarterly review. You decide at every gate; the agents carry the repetitive middle.

The founding offer

Five partners. Founding terms. Locked for life.

The list price for this build is $4,900. The founding price exists because I need named case studies with real numbers, and the first five partners give me that. It is an exchange, not a discount.

What is included
  • Product growth strategy: where AI moves the number you own the fastest
  • Positioning, buyer, and messaging refinement
  • The full flywheel architecture: your blueprint for all five agents
  • Your first one or two agents designed and built on your own stack, no code required
  • Governance and approval gates, so the build stays yours and safe
  • All templates, prompts, and context files handed over. You own everything.
  • A co-build session every two weeks: strategy review, performance review, and the next build
  • The MAPE loop run on your system: analytics, reporting, testing, launching, and refining every cycle
The founding terms
  • The founding build is $2,500. The list price is $4,900.
  • Then $2,000 a month, with a co-build session every two weeks. Three month minimum, cancel anytime after.
  • Your founding rate is locked for as long as you stay. It never goes up.
  • In exchange, you agree to be a named case study with real numbers after 90 days.
  • Five slots. When they are filled, the price returns to list.
This is for you if
  • You own a growth, adoption, or pipeline number
  • Your product produces signals that nothing acts on
  • You want to run the system yourself, with agents doing the repetitive middle
  • You can give the build 2 to 3 hours a week for three weeks
This is not for you if
  • You want a done-for-you agency that keeps the keys
  • You have no live product or audience to grow yet
  • You are collecting AI certificates without a place to apply them
  • You want automation without a human in the loop
Questions

Before you book

Who or what is Koko?

Koko is the AI assistant at the center of your growth system. The five agents do the work; Koko coordinates them, briefs you, and queues every send for your approval. She is named after my cockatiel, who learned to speak by listening to my voice. That is what Koko does: she learns your voice, your brand, and your judgment.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Everything is built in plain English with Claude Code, no code. If you can describe your growth process, you can run this system. The build sessions are hands-on, and I do the heavy lifting while you learn.

What stack does this run on?

Your own accounts: Claude Code plus the tools you already use for CRM, email, content, and outreach. Nothing is hosted on my side. That is the point: when we are done, the system is yours.

How much of my time does the build take?

Week 1 is two strategy sessions. Weeks 2 and 3 are 2 to 3 hours a week of co-building. After that, the rhythm is one co-build session every two weeks plus the time you spend approving what the agents draft.

What happens if I cancel after three months?

The system keeps running, because it lives on your accounts. You keep every agent, prompt, template, and context file. Cancelling ends the biweekly co-build sessions and reviews, not your system.

Who owns what gets built?

You do. Everything is handed over: the architecture, the agents, the prompts, the context files. There is no lock-in by design.

Why is the founding price lower than the list price?

Because I need named case studies with real numbers, and the first five partners give me that. You get the list-price system at the founding price, locked for life. It is an exchange, not a discount.

What does the case study involve?

After about 90 days we write your story together: where you started, what we built, and what changed, with real numbers. We agree together on what is shared. Nothing confidential goes out.

Is this for me or for my team?

Both work. Solo operators and small teams get the same build. If you are buying for a team, the strategy call is where we work out the right shape.
