Track record · Microsoft

Redesigning product pages for up to 50% conversion uplift.

Before founding AI Strategy League, Grace led site merchandising and product-page optimization for Microsoft’s commercial digital stores across EMEA, spanning Surface, Xbox, and Microsoft 365.

Grace’s own work as a practitioner at Microsoft, not an AI Strategy League client engagement.

The work

Conversion, end to end

Not more traffic, but a clearer path from a product page to a purchase, proven market by market.

Redesigned the product pages

Rebuilt product pages so a visitor could understand the product and act, across Surface, Xbox, and Microsoft 365, market by market.

Fixed the customer journey

Found the confusing points, the configurators and the bundle and accessory flows, where buyers hesitated and dropped, and cleared the path to purchase.

Proved it with experiments

Ran A/B tests and UX experiments to prove what actually moved the number, not what sounded good in a meeting.

Grew the ecosystem

Merchandised the device, its accessories, and Microsoft 365 to sell together, so the whole product ecosystem grew, not one SKU at a time.

The result
Up to 50%

month-on-month conversion uplift on optimized pages, through A/B testing and UX experimentation, across the EMEA commercial stores.

Absolute figures are confidential. The uplift is the measure we share.

Why it matters for you

The same method, on a system you own

This is the exact work the Signal Operating System does now, on your own stack instead of Microsoft’s: audit the funnel, find where the journey leaks, rebuild what converts, measure the lift, and compound it. The method is the same. The difference is that you own the system.
