Week 1Embed & Discover

Session 1 — Team Immersion

We go deep into your team's actual workflows, tools, and day-to-day friction. No assumptions, no templates. We listen more than we talk — mapping what your team does, what slows them down, and what they wish AI could solve.

Session 2 — AI Opportunity Mapping

Together we identify where agentic AI can realistically unlock value for your specific team. We prioritise by effort versus impact — building a clear picture of the highest-leverage opportunities, grounded in what your team can actually adopt and sustain.

Offline Delivery

Initial diagnostic report, opportunity map, and priority matrix — delivered within 48 hours of Week 1.

Week 2Scope & Design

Session 3 — Roadmap Design Walkthrough

We walk through the opportunity map together, agree on priorities, and select the right tools and workflows for your team's context. This is your bespoke AI adoption roadmap — not a generic framework, but a plan built around your team's real capabilities and goals.

Session 4 — Internal Communication Workshop

AI adoption fails without buy-in. We help you build the internal narrative — how to present the roadmap to leadership, set realistic expectations across the organisation, and position your team's AI work in a way that lands credibly and clearly.

Week 3Build — First Pilots

Session 5 — Live Build Session

We build your first agentic workflow together — live, in your actual tools, with your team driving. This is hands-on, not theoretical. By the end of this session, your team has a working AI workflow that solves a real problem they identified in Week 1.

Session 6 — Team Practice & Troubleshooting

Your team runs the workflows independently while we observe and coach in real time. We surface blockers, troubleshoot edge cases, and build the muscle memory that turns a new tool into a reliable habit. Questions answered, confidence built.

Offline Delivery

Workflow documentation, prompt libraries, and a follow-up check-in within 48 hours of Week 3.

Week 4Embed & Scale

Session 7 — Second Workflow Build or Team Expansion

We scale what works — either building a second agentic workflow, expanding the first to additional team members, or deepening the team's capability with more complex use cases. The programme adapts to where your team is, not a fixed script.

Session 8 — Capability Coaching

A focused coaching session on team confidence and operational independence. We address what's working and what isn't, build mental models for how to think about AI tooling going forward, and start planning for life after the programme.

Standard operating procedures (SOPs) for deployed workflows and a mid-programme team capability assessment.

Week 5Measure & Iterate

Session 9 — Results Review

We measure impact against the baseline from Week 1. What time has been saved? What outputs have improved? What would have taken hours that now takes minutes? This session makes the ROI of AI adoption visible and gives your team a framework for measuring it going forward.

Session 10 — Advanced Coaching & AI Governance

We work through advanced workflows, edge cases, and the governance basics your team needs to operate AI responsibly. How do you review AI outputs? How do you avoid over-reliance? How do you stay updated as the tooling evolves? We answer all of it.

Performance tracking framework, optimisation recommendations, and a revised roadmap if priorities have shifted.

Week 6Handover & Independence

Session 11 — Final Capability Check

Your team demonstrates independent operation across every deployed workflow. We run through real scenarios, identify any remaining gaps, and ensure every team member has the confidence to operate without ongoing support. This is the milestone that matters.

Session 12 — Governance, Sustainability & Extensions

The final session is about what comes next. We establish the governance structures that ensure AI advantage compounds — not erodes — after the programme ends. If an extension is right for your organisation, we scope and plan it here.
